Detox Waters

While hunting through Pintrest one day, I came across a pin featuring detox waters. Now, I've heard about these before, but never tried them out for myself. I think its pretty crazy what some of these drinks claim to do for you, (belly/fat burning, clearer skin, etc.) when they only have water and an assortment of fruits in them. I put it out of my mind until I came across one claiming to help with head aches.

Now, if you don't know me very well, then you don't know I suffer from chronic migraines and headaches almost daily. Anyone who's had a migraine before knows that it puts you out of commission as soon as it starts and can sometimes last for several days. I've always been on the hunt for something else to try and treat these life ruiners  , but I think its something I will always continue to live with.

So, with that being said, I don't have much hope with this head ache relieving detox water, but I'm willing to try anything to prevent these suckers! I've been drinking this specific water for about a week now (no headaches yet!) and I really do love the taste and the freshness. This one also states it supposed to help burn belly fat in 10 days, so who knows!  If anything, it will just be something I drink instead of plain water.

First Aid Shot Therapy Review

When I received this product in the mail to try out, needless to say I was very skeptical. Really a shot that claims to resolve headaches and even migraines. This is a joke right? 

This product also claims to be useful for sore, achy muscles, back pain and a fever reducer, anything a aspirin can do, this can to do 5X faster!

I get severe headaches and migraines often, I even have to take prescribed medication daily to prevent attacks. Obviously this is not the product for me, but I gave it a shot anyway. I'll try anything once if placed in front of me and if it's free! 

I decided to take the shot when I had a severe headache instead of a migraine (I didn't think it would help with my horrible migraines). The bottle claims that this product will get into blood stream up to 5X faster than an aspirin. I was expecting a horrible taste, but I was surprised. I mean it wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either, I received the berry flavor; it reminded me a lot of the flavored water brand Propel, but with a slightly bitter taste. 

It took about 5 minutes before I could tell a difference in my headache, it actually dulled it to a tolerable state, but it wasn't completely gone. Again, I do have to stress that I do get severe headaches and migraines and most over the counter medication doesn't do the trick anymore. So for it to dull the headache, I think that's pretty impressive. 

Overall, I think this is a very interesting product, but I think its better geared for someone who may get less frequent or severe headaches, this would probably be great for them. Or if your someone who doesn't like taking pills, or just have a hard time swallowing pills, this is a great alternative for you. 

Check out F.A.S.T website, they have a upset stomach version as well. I can't give you my option on that one, but I think that is pretty interesting as well.
