Thrifted Thursday

It's finally Thursday!! That means we're one day closer to the weekend--Thanks goodness!
This past Sunday I celebrated my very first Mother's Day and my husband snapped a couple of pictures of myself and Staley to mark the occasion. I just so happened to be wearing one of my last thrifted finds.
This gorgeous lavender top by Sofia Vergra (Gloria from Modern Family); who knew she had her own clothing line. I fell in love with the color, it's that perfect top to just throw on and walk out the door without having to think too much about what you're wearing. I know I'm going to be wearing this well into the Summer months since its so light weight and airy!

I didn't get the best pictures of this weeks look since I was holding Staley, but its all about her anyway, right!  Of course, I have to feature her adorable look too!
I originally bought her this outfit to wear on Easter, but she was too tiny for it, so I thought it would be perfect for her to wear on Mother's Day. I found it on Etsy, you have to check out this sellers page, she has the cutest things for little girls!

My Outfit Details:
Top (Thrifted-$3.99)
Black Skinnies (Thrifted-$4.99)
Loafers (Bluetique-$10)
Watch (Pandora-Gift)
J.Crew Pave Link Bracelet  (Poshmark-$15)
Total: $33.98

Staley's Outfit
Onesie (Etsy $16)
Leg Warmers & Headband (Etsy $15)
Total: $31

Mommy Monday

I celebrated my very first Mother's Day yesterday. Although, I've always considered myself a mom to my fur babies, now I've officially joined the mommy club!
This little girl has brought so much joy and love into my life; I really didn't know what love was until I had Staley. I think all mom's can agree with me on that.
Staley made me a beautiful Mother's Day card at daycare, I basically burst into tears when her teacher handed it to me. And my sweet husband put together a bag full of my favorite chocolates and a adorable "MOM" frame with Staley's 3 month picture in it for my office. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I hope every mom had an amazing Mother's Day and got lots of hugs, kisses and snuggles from their babies. I don't think there is anything better!

Outfit Details:
Top (Bluetique)
Skinny Jeans (Jane.com)
Flats (Cato's)
Necklace & Earrings (Ebay)
Ring (Pandora)

Thrifted Thursday

Hello friends!
Anyone else super excited that tomorrow's Friday? This week has been so long and I'm ready for the weekend. Also, to celebrate my very first Mother's Day!!! YAY! Happy early Mother's Day out there to all the wonderful momma's.
Today's look I'm featuring this adorable lavender lace tank. It's so feminine and perfect for spring. I know I'll get plenty of wears out of it. I thought it would be cute to pair it with a striped midi skirt and flats for the office.
By the way, I just want to shout out my husband for being my photographer. He has to put up with me asking him to "take a picture of my outfit" about 3-4 times a week. I don't know what I'd without him.

Outfit Details:
Lavender Tank (Thrifted--$2)
Midi Skirt (Target--$7)
Tassel Necklace (BellaRose--$45)
Black Flats (Payless--$9)
Total: $63

I think this tank will definitely carry me into the Summer and well through Fall;  I already plan to pair it with some dark wash boyfriend jeans.

Kisses,
The Little Lady

Weekend Wrap Up; Mother's Day

Cara, Mamaw, Mom, Me, Megan and Vanessa

Over the Mother's Day weekend, I was fortunate enough to spend the day with not only my mom, but, my grandmother and several others. Anytime we get the family together, our time is filled with stories, laughter and food! I love getting together with family, we always know how to have a good time.
I have to give a shout out to mom, she has worked incredibly hard the last year working out and going to the gym everyday. Her hard work has defiantly paid off, she's lost about 70 pounds since she started. I can't begin to say how proud I am of her, for sticking to her goals and still continuing to work hard. My brother and I are very luck to call her our mother, her and my dad have been so good to us our whole lives, I don't know how we'll ever begin to repay them.
I hope everyone had a wonderful mother's day.

Kisses,
The Little Lady
